Check the roughness of wall and find if there are crack and holes. Then, use minute concrete mortar( l34) to fill it according to situation and smoothing it lastly. If its too rough, the consuming of coating will increase multiple times. 2. Examine whether the filled and smoothed wall has dried thoroughly, youd better determine it by hygroscope before painting (moisture content<8%). The surface of wall is even offwhite if it has thoroughly dried. At the same time, pH value shouldnt higher than 10. The concrete wall need to be conserved more than one month in summer, and the time should be longer in winter. 3. You can use DOLINK special external filler brush to strickle if there are special requirements on decorative roughness. The filler layer mustnt be too thick, or its easy to craze. It should be conserved by showering water many times after smoothing, till the pH value is lower than 10 and the moisture content is lower than 8% Old Wall 1. Check the wall and rub it clearly if there are mould and lichen on it. Then clear the wall by 10% bleaching solution. Lastly, rinse clearly by high pressure water till there is no crystalline bloom on wall. 2. Root out damaged film and other loose attachment on wall, wash grease by scour solution. 3. Check the wall carefully and use minute concrete mortar(134) fill and smooth it if there are crack and large unevenness area on wall. The small crack and unsmooth area can be filled by DOLINK external filler. Then, conserve it according to prescript till the pH value lower than 10 and the moisture content is lower than 8%.moisture content is lower than 8%.Construction Advice Construction Condition: Environment temperature: 840, best construction temperature: 1025, moisture content of base level<14%, pH value<10, air humidity<75% Theory painting area: 13m2/L/layer(practical painting area will be changed by construct method and surface roughness) Construct Method: 1Mop up on the base layer by roller, scraper or spatula, moderate coating consistency 2The film must be smooth and thickness uniformly during coating, control film thickness strictly. Usually, thickness of thin rough film controlled between 1-2mm, middling rough film is 3-5mm and thick rough film is higher than 5mm 3If roughing with long hair brush, you should beat and pull ordinal on the film surface regularly (with same orientation of hair brush). The beat and pull gesture and degree must be uniformly. The rough process of one surface must be finished at one time. The rough floriation must have same density and average distributing. 4If roughing with roller, you can get many elegant patterns by different roller. Dipping the roller with a little coating and then rough. The force must be average and handle must be quick, make sure of getting uniformly pattern. 5After drying of the rough film, spray topcoat twice.
