Check the roughness of wall and find if there are crack and holes. Then, use minute concrete mortar( l34) to fill it according to situation and smoothing it lastly. If its too rough, the consuming of coating will increase multiple times. 2. Examine whether the filled and smoothed wall has dried thoroughly, youd better determine it by hygroscope before painting (moisture content<8%). The surface of wall is even offwhite if it has thoroughly dried. At the same time, pH value shouldnt higher than 10. The concrete wall need to be conserved more than one month in summer, and the time should be longer in winter. 3. You can use DOLINK special external filler brush to strickle if there are special requirements on decorative
